Refund & Exchange Policy
EASY REFUNDS / EXCHANGES
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return with refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must not be worn or washed. It must also be in the original packaging.
IF THE INNER NECK TAG INDICATING THE SHIRT SIZE HAS BEEN REMOVED YOUR SHIRT CANNOT BE REFUNDED.
Also, if your product required customization and/or personalization, your product was specially made to order for you so, unfortunately, we can not provide a refund. If your customized product was ordered in the wrong size and you would like to re-order it in the correct size, you will be charged a Size Exchange Processing Fee for Personalized Products, which be determined at the time of exchange.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
1. Please email us through the "contact us" tab or the question mark icon at the lower right hand side of your screen. In your email please indicate:
(1) ORDER #
(2) indicate REFUND or EXCHANGE
(3) For exchanges, indicate new SIZE.
2. To complete your return for a full refund or to exchange for a different size we require you to send the product back to us at the following address:

3. Please be patient. After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will inform you of your refund and or confirm your size exchange via email. Refunds take about 7-10 business days to show up in your account. Size exchanges may take up to 7-14 days to be received.

***OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES***
You will be responsible for your own shipping fees when sending any items back to us. It's OK to send it cheap! As long as it's post marked within 30 days of the delivery date, you will be considered for a refund or exchange.
Again, we will not accept returns for refunds on personalized/customized products. However, if you would like order a different size, we will determine a small processing fee at the time of your request.
Please do not send your purchase back to our printing manufacturer. Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing size tags for reasons not due to our error will not be considered for a refund.
Any item that is post marked more than 30 days after delivery will not be considered for a refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at:
